The 2025 Sustainability Report sets out Zhabto Infra's progress against the environmental, social and governance commitments published in our 2024 baseline. The report covers Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions across our project sites, manufacturing yards and corporate offices, alongside water, waste and biodiversity indicators.

Across the year, we reduced diesel consumption per cubic metre of concrete placed by 11%, expanded our use of locally sourced aggregates and rolled out solar lighting at three remote sites. Community engagement programmes reached more than 1,400 residents through skills training, school upgrades and road-safety drives.

Our roadmap to 2030 prioritises plant electrification, low-clinker cement blends and prefabrication. Each project now produces a project-level carbon estimate at tender stage, allowing clients to choose lower-impact alternatives where they exist.
