Senior infrastructure leader and former CEO of CDCL — shaping Bhutan's construction sector since 1989.
Pioneered bridge design, tunneling and large-scale infrastructure delivery, including work on the Tangsibji Hydropower Project — strengthening Bhutan's national technical capacity.

Architect and heritage specialist; founder of Bhutan's first archaeology section.
Initiated the drafting of the Cultural Heritage Bill — Bhutan's first legislation for the protection of cultural heritage — and managed Bhutan's first archaeology project.
