Zhabto Infra runs structured internship and attachment programmes for Bhutanese students and early-career professionals. Selected candidates work alongside our senior engineers, architects and project managers on live projects of national importance — from hydropower civil works to public buildings and manufacturing.
You'll rotate through site visits, design reviews, BOQ preparation, QA inspections and client coordination — finishing the programme with a portfolio that genuinely reflects what it takes to deliver infrastructure in Bhutan.

Internship Tracks We Offer

On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Final-year diploma and degree students gain 3–6 months of supervised site and office exposure across active Zhabto Infra projects.
Summer Internship
Short 6–8 week structured programmes during summer break for undergraduates from RUB colleges and overseas Bhutanese students.
Graduate Attachment
12-month rotational attachment for fresh graduates to build core engineering, design and project delivery skills before full-time hire.
