Our Quality Management Framework is aligned with ISO 9001 principles and tailored to the realities of construction in Bhutan's terrain. It defines roles, processes and records from tender stage through post-handover defects liability.
The framework introduces standardised Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and a digital non-conformance tracker that gives leadership real-time visibility into quality performance across all live sites.
Built on Accountability and Evidence


Every critical activity has a designated witness or hold point. Test certificates, photographs and approvals are uploaded to a single project record, creating an auditable trail from material delivery to final handover.
Continuous improvement is driven by quarterly internal audits, lessons-learnt registers and structured client feedback after each project milestone.
