The Safety Compliance Manual sets out the minimum Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) standards that apply on every Zhabto Infra project — whether self-performed or delivered through partners and subcontractors.

It covers personal protective equipment, working at height, electrical safety, lifting operations, confined spaces, hot works and emergency response. Each chapter ends with a compliance checklist that the site OHSE officer signs off weekly.

The manual is reinforced by mandatory site inductions, daily toolbox talks and unannounced safety audits. Findings are tracked to closure and serious incidents are reviewed at board level.

Compliance with this manual is a contractual requirement for all parties working on Zhabto Infra sites. Repeated breaches result in removal from the project and from our approved vendor list.
