The Annual Report 2024 documents a year of disciplined growth across Zhabto Infra's infrastructure, residential, manufacturing and design divisions. Revenue grew by 18% year on year, with a record order book carrying into 2025.

Operationally, we completed 14 major project milestones, expanded our workforce by 9% and commissioned two new precast production lines that have already reduced average delivery times on prefabricated elements by 22%.

The report sets out our 2025–2030 strategy: deeper specialisation in transport infrastructure, vertical integration of our manufacturing capability, and a continued focus on developing Bhutanese engineering talent.
